Country: KyrgyzstanDescription of the Assignment:The primary objective of NC5 is to prepare analytical recommendations and a comprehensive technical specification (preliminary feasibility study) for an automated accounting and reporting system for the PIU, integrated with the AIS CT and other information systems relevant to investment planning, monitoring its implementation by the software development company, training PIU financial managers in the use of the new system, and supporting the Public Financial Management (PFM) project team in organizing activities related to Output 6-while ensuring full consideration of national institutional realities and the current architecture of AIS CT, and the requirements of international financial institutions were fully taken into account at all stages of the process.
