Job title: National Consultant on Public Policy InnovationProject: Policy Lab: Enhancing the Employability of Refugees through Participatory and Future-Oriented Employment ProgramsContract type: Individual Contract (IC)Duration:August 2026 – June 2027 (estimated 120 workdays)Duty station:Yerevan, Armenia (Office-Based)The overall objective of this assignmentis to support the institutionalization of participatory, evidence-informed and human-centered policymaking in Armenia, and to strengthen the advocacy, communications and visibility of Project’s AI literacy, upskilling, employment and employability enhancing agenda, including for vulnerable populations such as refugees.

The consultant will contribute to fundraising of AI literacy and upskilling initiatives and to strengthening the Research and Development ecosystem that enhances the enabling environment for employment, in line with the strategic priorities of the Government and the donor, UNDP corporate standards, and the Portfolio approach that links policy, finance, and institutional innovation into a coherent system.Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
