Agency: UNDP | Reference: UNDP-VNM-02281 | Type: Request for proposal UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a National research institution/ national research-based consulting firm/ local government organization for a review of the Resolution 11-NQ/TW implementation for the period from 2007-2026.Overall Objective:To develop a policy discussion paper with primary research data that informs the development of a new Party resolution and related policies on women advancement in Viet Nam’s public sector by conducting a comprehensive, evidence-based review of theimplementation of Politburo Resolution No. 11-NQ/TW over the period from 2007 to 2026.Duty station: Hanoi-based with fieldwork in two provinces, one in the North and one in the South of Viet NamDuration of Assignment: August 2026 - March 2027Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
