Agency: UNICEF | Reference: LRPS-2026-9204149 | Type: Request for proposal The purpose: provision of comprehensive technical support to the Education Section at UNICEF Liberia and the Ministry of Education (MoE) for the effective 2026 roll-out of the Learning Passport (LP) in Liberia. This includes the development of a content strategy, the conversion of prioritized curriculum into digital formats, and the delivery of digital education solutions at school and community levels.The selected institution is expected to deploy a multi-disciplinary team to ensure all technical and pedagogical requirements are met.
