Purchase of Sodium hypochlorite 90 g/l for drinking water treatment for the Contracting Authority within the framework of a framework purchase agreement for a period of 12 months from the entry into force of the contract, as detailed in the Technical Specification attached to the procurement documents and in the "Delivery Data" table. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that the characteristic delivery quantity and delivery frequency are indicated for information purposes only. The Contracting Authority will conclude the framework agreement with one tenderer, and purchases will be made through individual orders based on the framework agreement, and the quantity will be precisely defined in the individual order. The subject of this procurement is the purchase of 362,000 kg of sodium hypochlorite with an active ingredient content of 90 g/l for the Contracting Authority. The framework purchase agreement will be concluded by the Contracting Authority with the winning tenderer. The Contracting Authority undertakes to call off the base quantity.
