Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja usługi nauki pływania dla uczniów Szkół Podstawowych z terenu Miasta Kostrzyn nad Odra, polegającej na zajęć w ramach realizacji Projektu nr FELB.06.15-IZ.00-0021/25-00 pn.: „i-FEWL” – innowacyjne Formaty Edukacyjne Wspólnych Lekcji” współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego+ (EFS+) w ramach Priorytetu 6. Fundusze Europejskie na wsparcie obywateli Działania 6.15 Edukacja – IIT Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubuskiego 2021-2027,. 2. Przez realizację usługi nauki pływania rozumie się organizację i przeprowadzenie zajęć dla 1795 osób - uczniów Szkół Podstawowych z terenu Miasta Kostrzyn nad Odrą wraz z biletami wstępu oraz wynagrodzeniem instruktorów, w tym: a) zapewnienie dostępu do krytej pływalni wraz z wydzielonymi torami pływackimi i zapleczem higieniczno – sanitarnym w Kostrzynie nad Odra od Zamawiającego, umożlwiającego rodzicom lub opiekunom prawnym bezpieczny i sprawny dowóz dzieci na zajęcia. b) zorganizowaniu zajęć nauki pływania prowadzonych przez instruktorów o odpowiednich kwalifikacjach. 3. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy, stanowiące załącznik nr 2 SWZ. 4. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w SWZ.
