Os cursos online ou presenciais são necessários para o aperfeiçoamento dos servidores efetivos, comissionados e Vereadores que compõe a Câmara Municipal de Cambuquira/MG.
A capacitação continuada nos órgãos públicos se tornou imprescindível para que se alcance uma atuação efetiva dos vereadores e um nível de serviço cada vez mais eficaz e com qualidade, sendo esta a mudança que se persegue na administração pública.
