Gentofte Kommune udbyder som hovedentreprise nedrivning og miljøsanering af den eksisterende bebyggelse på Sankt Lukas Vej 7A-7C, matr.nr. 8li, Gentofte. Nedrivningen klargør grunden til opførelsen af Ny Lindely Plejehjem, som udbydes som totalentreprise i et selvstændigt udbud (TED 607791-2026). Grunden overdrages til totalentreprenøren ved afleveringen.
