Manual cleaning of roads and maintenance of green spaces in the municipal territory

This tender, originating from France, concerns the 'Nettoyage manuel des voiries et propreté des espaces verts sur le territoire communal', which translates to 'Manual cleaning of roadways and upkeep of green spaces within the municipal territory'. The contracting authority, likely a local municipality, is seeking a service provider to undertake essential public space maintenance. The scope of work includes manual sweeping and cleaning of streets, sidewalks, and other public thoroughfares, as well as the maintenance and general tidiness of public green areas, such as parks, gardens, and roadside verges. Requirements typically involve a skilled and adequately staffed workforce, provision of necessary cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., brooms, brushes, collection bins), adherence to environmental regulations regarding waste disposal, and a flexible schedule to ensure continuous cleanliness throughout the municipality. The service provider will be expected to work efficiently and discreetly, minimizing disruption to residents and traffic. Performance will likely be monitored based on cleanliness levels, responsiveness, and compliance with agreed service standards. This is a public services contract for municipal upkeep.
