Network Management Software

The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements with several companies for the provision, implementation, operation, maintenance, and further development of a network management system for low voltage (hereinafter NMS). The scope of services is described exhaustively in the service description (Appendix 03). General requirements. Overarching requirements for the NMS, particularly regarding architecture, data management, interfaces, information security, scalability, and integration into the existing system and process landscape of the entitled company. Functional scope 1: Computable low-voltage network model (digital twin) including integration into ERP, GIS, and EDM systems as well as mapping of actual and target switching states. Functional scope 2: Integration of measurement data from local network substations and TAF values, network calculation, determination of network status, and controllability checks. Functional scope 3: Network-oriented control according to § 14a EnWG and § 9 EEG, including proof of performance and documentation. Extended functional scope: Network calculation for network planning, automated grid connection check, and Redispatch 2.0 and, prospectively, Redispatch 3.0. Thüga Aktiengesellschaft procures as the central procurement agency in accordance with § 4a SektVO on behalf and for the account of the participating affiliated companies (currently around 100 companies in the Thüga Group). Based on the contract terms negotiated in the procedure, the individual affiliated companies will conclude individual framework agreements based on the EVB-IT contracts.
