Vorgesehen ist eine flexible Gebäudestruktur mit Büro-, Forschungs-, Werkstatt- und Gemeinschaftsflächen, die unterschiedliche Nutzungsanforderungen abbilden kann. Darüber hinaus soll das Gebäude die Durchführung von Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 300 Personen ermöglichen.
