BIM-Leistungen für den Neubau "Bildungscampus Sehen und Hören" in der Brieger Straße 21, 90471 Nürnberg. Am Areal des Bildungszentrums für Blinde und Sehbehinderte (bbs) in Nürnberg Langwasser, soll als Ersatzneubau der "Bildungscampus Sehen und Hören" in mehreren Bauabschnitten gebaut werden. Der Bildungscampus fasst das bbs und das Zentrum für Hörgeschädigte (ZfH), das sich bisher im Nürnberger Westen befindet, an einem Standort zusammen. Die Generalplanungsleistungen umfassen die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume, Objektplanung Freianlagen, Tragwerksplanung, Technische Ausrüstung (Anlagegruppen 1-8), Bauphysik (Bauakustik, Raumakustik, Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung), Ingenieurvermessung (Bauvermessung, Planungsbegleitende Vermessung), Brandschutzplanung und Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordination (SiGeKo).
