Die AG beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgebäudes in Hohenkirchen. Die Objektplanung (LP 1-4) sowie die Baugenehmigung liegt seit Mai 2026 vor. Es wird insoweit verwiesen auf die Planungsunterlagen (Anlage 01) nebst Baugenehmigung vom 19.05.2026 zzgl. Nachtragsgenehmigung vom 25.08.2026 (Anlage 02). Für die weitere Planung sowie Objektüberwachung sucht die AG mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung einen Generalplaner. Es ist derzeit beabsichtigt, die Bauleistungen im Anschluss als Einzelgewerke auszuschreiben und zu vergeben. Die Auftraggeberin verfügt über eine Zentrale Vergabestelle (ZVS). Folgende Leistungen sind vom Auftrag umfasst: • Objektplanung (LP 5-8) gemäß §§ 33 ff. HOAI • Fachplanung TGA Elektro (LP1-8) gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI • Fachplanung TGA Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär (LP1-8) gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI • Freianlagenplanung (LP2-8) gemäß §§ 38 ff. HOAI • SiGeKo-Leistungen Der Inhalt der einzelnen Leistungen ergibt sich aus dem Vertragsentwurf (Anlage 03) sowie den beigefügten Anlagen zur Leistungsübersicht (Anlage 04). Die vorstehenden Planungsleistungen werden stufenweise vergeben. Es erfolgt zunächst nur die Beauftragung der LP 5 (Objektplanung), der LP 1-5 (TGA-Planung) und der LP 2-5 (Freianlagenplanung) nach HOAI.
