Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung für Ingenieurbauwerke, der technischen Ausrüstung in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 sowie der Tragwerksplanung gemäß HOAI 2021, weiterhin Vermessungsleistungen und örtliche Bauüberwachung sowie die unter II.1.4) beschriebenen ergänzenden Fachplanungsleistungen für den geplanten Neubau des HRB Schweinheim. Die Ingenieurleistungen werden in Form eines Stufenvertrages für einzelne Leistungsphasen vergeben. Der Erftverband behält sich das Recht vor, nur bei Erfordernis und/oder nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Planfeststellungsverfahrens die mit angefragten Leistungen der Stufe II. zu beauftragen. Die Weiterführung der Leistungen ab Leistungsphase 5 steht des Weiteren unter dem Vorbehalt der Gewährung einer Zuwendung aus Landesmitteln.
