Der Leistungsumfang umfasst sämtliche vorbereitenden und allgemeinen Trockenbauarbeiten, die Herstellung von nichttragenden Innenwänden, Installationswänden, Vorsatzschalen und Verkleidungen in Trockenbauweise einschließlich der erforderlichen Unterkonstruktionen, Dämmungen, Beplankungen, Spachtel- und Anschlussarbeiten. Weiterhin sind Akustikwandverkleidungen aus Holzwolle-Leichtbauplatten an Stahlbetonwänden herzustellen. Zusätzlich umfasst die Ausschreibung die Lieferung und Montage verschiedener abgehängter Deckensysteme einschließlich aller Unterkonstruktionen, Befestigungen, Dämmungen, Revisionsöffnungen und Anschlüsse. Hierzu gehören Gipskartondecken, Akustikdecken aus Holzwolle-Leichtbauplatten, Mineralfaserdecken sowie absorbierende Echtholz-Akustikpaneeldecken.
