Die Gemeinde Deggenhausertal beabsichtigt, mittels eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb, die Vergabe der Generalplanung (Ingenieurbauwerke & Technische Ausrüstung) (LPH 4-9) für den Neubau einer Trinkwasseraufbereitungsanlage in Wittenhofen. Die Beauftragung soll stufenweise erfolgen. In der ersten Stufe sollen die LPH 4-7 beauftragt werden. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, bei Fortsetzung der Planung und Ausführung der Baumaßnahme weitere LPH (8-9) abzurufen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die Beauftragung auf einzelne Leistungsphasen bzw. Teilleistungen einzelner Leistungsstufen oder auf einzelne Abschnitte der Baumaßnahme zu beschränken. Die Generalplanung (LPH 4-9) soll nach derzeitigem Stand folgende Fachbereiche abdecken: • Ingenieurbauwerke (gem. § 43 HOAI 2021 Absatz 1), • Fachplanung TGA inkl. Entwässerungsplanung (gem. § 55 HOAI 2021 Absatz 1). Die Fachplanung TGA gem. § 55 HOAI 2021 Absatz 1, (LPH 4-9) soll nach derzeitigem Stand folgende Anlagengruppen abdecken: ALG 1: Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen, ALG 4: Starkstromanlagen, ALG 5: Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen, ALG 7: nutzungsspezifische Anlagen und verfahrenstechnische Anlagen. Alle Erschließungs-Maßnahmen (öffentlich und nichtöffentlich), die im Rahmen der KG 200 erforderlich werden, sind vom Generalplaner mit zu berücksichtigen.
