Original language: GermanEs wird ein RLT-Gerät im UG des Gebäudes vorgesehen. Die Lüftung wurde auf die Anforderungen Kat. 2 (2-facher Raumluftwechsel mit frischer Außenluft) und Kat. 3 (1,5-facher Raumluftwechsel mit frischer Außenluft) festgelegt. Nach den Bewertungen der Bauphysik ergeben sich Erfordernisse die Ost-/West- Fassade, hinterer Gebäudeteil, mit einer Nachtlüftung mit 2-fachem Luftwechsel auszustatten. Die Zertifizierung fordert mindestens 33 m³Luft/AP. So ergänzt sich die Luftwechselrate entsprechend. Ebenso kann durch die Lüftungsanlage eine automatische Nachtlüftung geregelt erfolgen, ohne dass die Nutzer die Fenster geöffnet lassen müssen. Das Gebäude erhält durch diese Nachtlüftung frische kühlere Luft (je nach Wetterbedingung). Alle Lüftungsanlagen folgen den Empfehlungen der VDI 6022 Lufthygiene. ddUm die Luftmenge auf den Bedarf einstellen zu können, werden Räume mit höherem Personalaufkommen (Besprechung, Konferenz und Großräume) mit Präsenzmelder und CO2-Sensoren vorgesehen. Die CO2-Fühler regeln dabei die Luftmenge über Klappen, in den Geschossen mit Druckreglern. Im Ergebnis reduzieren sich die Fördermenge und die Betriebskosten. Die Zusammenfassung der Daten der technischen Anlagen, Geräte, Brandschutzklappen, Volumenstromregler, CO2-Fühler und Präsenzmelder, erfolgt über die Gebäudeautomation und können zur Priorisierung herangezogen werden. Eine Verstellmöglichkeit besteht für das Facility Management über die Bedienoberfläche der GLT. Aus der vorgenannten Beschreibung resultiert eine berechnete Luftmenge von etwa 12.000 m³/h. - 1 St. Lüftungsgerät mit 12.000 m³/h - 3 St. Innengerät mit Kälte/Wärmepumpenfunktion - 141 m² Luftkanäle aus verzinktem Stahlblech bis 2000m Kantenlänge - 132 m² Rechteckkanal als Formstück aus verzinktem Stahlblech - 1 St. Außenluftturm - 120 St. Schlitzdurchlass für Wandeinbau inkl. Schalldämpfer - 10 St. Volumenstromregler variabel 300/250 - 115 St. Konstant-Volumenstromregler Rund 125 - 19 St. Brandschutzklappe 400x300 - 20 St. Jalousieklappe mit Motor als Absperrklappe DN125
