HOAI The City of Euskirchen plans the new construction of a fire station in the district of Billig. Starting point: Based on the fire protection needs assessment of the City of Euskirchen and the corresponding council resolution, the new construction of the Billig fire station has been decided. The single-story new building, which is to be erected on a plot of land to be prepared, includes, in addition to the vehicle hall for 3 emergency vehicles, the required functional and ancillary rooms according to the specifications of DIN 14092. Additionally, a training room and parking spaces for emergency personnel will be provided in the outdoor area. The planned fire station is to be built on municipal land in Billig. The measure includes the preparation of the site and the turnkey construction of a new fire station, including a vehicle hall with three parking spaces for emergency vehicles. Required ancillary and functional rooms according to DIN 14092 (e.g., changing rooms, sanitary areas), a training and common room, and the necessary outdoor facilities including paved areas, parking spaces for emergency personnel, and connection to the public transport network. The measure is subject to funding - Fire stations in villages 2022 - from the District Government of Cologne and is bound by budgetary and procurement regulations. There is no legal entitlement to full commissioning.
