Description
Im Rahmen einer langfristig angelegten Zielplanung will das Klinikum Werra-Meißner am Standort Eschwege einen Funktionstrakt mit ca. 1.000 m² NUF errichten. Der Kostenrahmen KG 200-700 beträgt 15 Mio. € brutto. Der Neubau wird über Verbindungsgänge an den Bestand angeschlossen. Die wesentlichen Funktionsstellen sind zwei Herzkatheterlabore, die Endoskopie und das Labor des Klinikums. Planungsbeginn: August 2026 Baubeginn Juli 2027 Baufertigstellung Dezember 2028 Die Objektplanung Gebäude ist bereits beauftragt, die TGA-Planung sowie die Tragwerksplanung werden zeitnah losweise einzeln ausgeschrieben.
