Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe der Planung und Errichtung für das Bauvorhaben „Neubau Gymnasium Rheinzabern mit 3-Feld-Sporthalle und Außenanlagen“ auf der Basis einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung an einen Totalunternehmer. Information bezüglich Bieterentschädigung für Verfahren: Mit Ausnahme desjenigen Bieters, auf dessen letztverbindliches Angebot der Zuschlag erteilt wird und der damit den Auftrag erhält, erhält jeder Bieter, der vom Auftraggeber hierzu aufgefordert wird und ein wertbares Erstangebot abgibt, erhält eine Bieterentschädigung in Höhe von 30.000,00 € netto.
