Original language: GermanGegenstand der Maßnahme ist der Neubau eines provisorischen Interimsbahnhofes auf dem südlichen Bahnhofsvorplatz an der Bayerstraße im Bereich des Hauptbahnhofs München. Die Vergabe beinhaltet die vollständige technische Bearbeitung auf Basis der vorliegenden funktionalen Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Neben der vollständigen technischen Bearbeitung umfasst die Vergabe den schlüsselfertigen Bau des Interimsbahnhofes, sowie Abbruch und Ausbauleistung in den Teilbereichen Randbau Süd und Bunker Süd. Die Gesamtmaßnahme Interimsbahnhof gliedert sich in folgende Teilmaßnahmen: - Neubau Interimsbahnhof (kurz IBF) in der Gebäudeklasse 5 inkl. Technischer Anlagen und Ausstattung - Abbruch- und Schadstoffsanierungsmaßnahmen Randbau Süd (kurz RBS) 4.Obergeschoss - Ausbaumaßnahmen im Randbau Süd Erdgeschoss und 4. Obergeschoss inkl. technischer Anlagen - Abbruch- und Umbaumaßnahmen Bunker West inkl. technischer Anlagen - Koordination und Integration von Planungen der maschinentechnischen Anlagen - Außenanlagen und Sparten
