Original language: GermanDie Maßnahme soll durch einen geeigneten Generalübernehmer / Generalunternehmer schlüsselfertig geplant und realisiert werden. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt einen Neubau für zwei 6-gruppige Kindertagesstätten in zweigeschossiger Bauweise. Die zu vergebenden Leistungen werden in die folgenden Lose aufgeteilt: Los 1: Gothaer Straße 19 Los 2: Bahnhofstraße 99 --- Der Auftraggeber gibt gemäß § 5 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 Satz 1 VOB/A EU an, dass die zunächst einzureichenden Teilnahmeanträge und die anschließenden Angebote für ein Los oder für beide Lose eingereicht werden können. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, eine Gesamtvergabe an einen Bieter vorzunehmen, wenn dies nach den bekanntgemachten Zuschlagskriterien wirtschaftlicher als eine Einzelvergabe wäre. Der Auftraggeber lässt daher nach näherer Maßgabe der Vergabeunterlagen zur Angebotsphase zu, im Angebotsscheiben einen Preisnachlass bei gleichzeitiger Beauftragung beider Lose anzubieten. Die Einzelheiten des Bewertungsverfahrens ergeben sich aus der Anlage A 07 (Bewertungsverfahren), die zur Information der Bewerber beigefügt ist. --- Gegenstand dieser Vergabeverfahren sind alle für die schlüsselfertige Planung und Errichtung der Vorhaben erforderlichen Leistungen. Weitere Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus den zur Information der Bewerber bereits auszugsweise beigefügten Vergabeunterlagen zur Angebotsphase, insbesondere der Leistungsbeschreibung nebst Anlagen (vgl. Vergabeunterlagen Angebotsphase, Teil C).
