Der Neubau soll zweigeschossig in Holzbauweise erstellt werden. Das bestehende Gebäude soll komplett rückgebaut werden. Zu vergeben sind die Gerüstarbeiten. Voraussichtlicher Ausführungszeitraum: Aufbau 24.09.2026-30.09.2026, Teilabbau Gerüst Bereich Balkon ab 19.01.2027, Abbau restliches Gerüst ab 08.08.2027 Die einzelnen Ausführungszeiträume können dem Bauzeitenplan entnommen werden.
