Der geplante Neubau ist ein Krankenhaus der Grundversorgung. Der Neubaukörper stellt sich als viergeschossiger Quader dar, dessen Obergeschosse zum Erdgeschoss versetzt sind. Im Überhang befindet sich der Haupteingang. Die notwendigen Technikzentralen werden eingerückt als untergeordnete Bauteile auf der Dachfläche des Baukörpers angeordnet.
