Die vorläufigen Baukosten (netto) für die Maßnahme werden erwartet: KG 300 - Bauwerk - Baukonstruktion - 975.677,15 EUR; KG 400 - Bauwerk - Technische Anlagen - 447.386,80 EUR; davon KG 410 - Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen - 60.000,00 EUR; KG 420 - Wärmeversorgungsanlagen - 120.000,00 EUR; KG 440 - Elektrische Anlagen -179.386,80 EUR; KG 450 - Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen - 32.000,00 EUR; KG 470 - Nutzungsspezifische Anlagen - 8.000,00 EUR; KG 480 - Gebäudeautomation - 36.000,00 EUR; KG 490 - Sonstige Maßnahmen für technische Anlagen - 12.000,00 EUR; KG 500 - Außenanlagen und Freiflächen - 162.000,00 EUR; 600 149.500,00 EUR. Es sollen zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1-4, also bis zur Genehmigungsplanung beauftragt werden und anschließend die Leistungsphasen 5-9. Auf eine Weiterbeauftragung besteht kein Rechtsanspruch. Die Leistungen werden losweise ausgeschrieben wie folgt: Los 1 - Objektplanungsleistungen für Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 und in einem untergeordneten Umfang die Freianlagenplanung nach § 39 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 Los 2 - Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung Elektro und HLS nach § 55 HOAI in LP 1-9 Los 3 - Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1-6 Leistungszeit: Fertigstellung des Bürogebäudes innerhalb von 2 Jahren nach der Auftragserteilung Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Die Einhaltung der Fördervoraussetzungen ist zu jeder Zeit zu gewährleisten. Bezüglich der Beschreibung der Leistung orientiert sich die Auftraggeberin an den Leistungsbildern der HOAI 2021.
