New construction of water treatment plant Hage - Overall award of building planning as well as specialist planning for technical equipment and structural design a) The basic services to be commissioned as part of general planning can be summarized as follows on this basis: - Basic services for civil engineering structures according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 3, object according to group 1, service phases 1 to 9, with regard to water supply structures and plants such as filter hall, ancillary buildings, piping systems inside and outside the structures, - Basic services for technical equipment according to HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2, plant groups 4, 5, 7 and 8, service phases 1 to 9, with regard to the process engineering plant, - Basic services for structural design according to HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 1, service phases 1 to 6 with regard to statically relevant constructions b) The following special services will also be awarded: - Local construction supervision with regard to civil engineering structures (fee based on a percentage of construction costs – service phase 8 / service level 4), - Engineering inspection of execution with regard to structural design (time-based fee - service phase 8 / service level 4), - Supervision of defect rectification within the warranty period (in each case with regard to civil engineering structures, technical equipment - time-based fee - service phase 9 / service level 4) c) The estimated service period is December 2026/January 2027 to December 2025 (including service phase 9 [= 4 years]). The future contractor will be commissioned in service levels.
