User Stories (inkl. GUI-Mockup zur Abnahme), Lösungsarchitektur, ISDS-Grundlagen-Dokument, Testmanagement, Schulung und Dokumentation. • Weiterentwicklungs-, Wartungs- und Supportleistungen nach der Abnahme der Lösung über einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren (+ 2 × 2 weitere Jahre als Option) im Rahmen eines Dienstleistungsvertrages, inkl.
