Der Auftraggeber ist in seiner Entscheidung über eine Weiterbeauftragung frei; ein Anspruch auf Übertragung weiterer Leistungen besteht nicht. Sollten Teilleistungen entfallen, werden die Leistungspunkte entsprechend der Siemon Tabelle HOAI 2021 reduziert.
