Region Sörmland och Region Västmanland (Köpare) genomför upphandling avseende ramavtal av psykolog- och läkarresurs för utredning av intellektuell funktionsnedsättning/autismspektrumtillstånd och/eller ADHD för både barn och vuxna i enlighet med vad som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten. Utredningarna ska genomföras i leverantörens lokaler, om inte annat överenskoms mellan köpare och leverantör i samband med avrop. Leverantörens mottagningsverksamhet ska bedrivas på så sätt att en god miljö ska kunna ges i lättillgängliga och för ändamålet lämpliga lokaler. Mottagningslokalen ska vara belägen i Västmanlands län eller i Sörmlands län, alternativt ska mottagningslokalen kunna nås från Västerås, Eskilstuna, Katrineholm och Nyköping med allmänna kommunikationsmedel i form av buss och/eller tåg.
