Nationaal Coördinator Groningen(NCG) is op zoek naar één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor het sluiten van een aannemingsovereenkomst ten behoeve van de uitvoering van het project ‘Nieuwbouw Stafpad, Hamerpad e.v., Ten Boer’.
De opdracht omvat de realisatie van in totaal 19 nieuwbouwwoningen in Ten Boer.
Met deze ontwikkeling wordt invulling gegeven aan de versterkingsopgave in het aardbevingsgebied in de provincie Groningen.
Voor deze opdracht wordt een Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure voor Werken gevolgd conform hoofdstuk 3 van het ARW 2016. De aanbesteding vindt plaats in twee fasen: een selectiefase waarin gegadigden zich kunnen aanmelden, gevolgd door een inschrijvingsfase waarin geselecteerde partijen worden uitgenodigd een inschrijving in te dienen.
