Rakennuskohteena on Nisulanmäen koulu, joka sijaitsee osoitteessa Nisulantie 1, 40950 Muurame.
Urakka sisältää Nisulanmäen koulun kotitalousluokkien korjauksen kaikkine töineen.
Lisäksi urakkaan sisältyvät kaikki muut tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa mainitut työt ja vastuut.
Tilaaja suorittaa seuraavat purkutyöt omana työnä ennen alueen luovuttamista urakoitsijalle:
- rakennustekniikan purkutyöt, lukuun ottamatta tiilimuuratun väliseinän aukotusta ja oven siirron edellyttämää aukotusta
- vesikalusteet
