Předmětem této zakázky je dodávka jednoho kusu nákladního vozidla v souladu se zákonem č. 360/2022 Sb., o podpoře nízkoemisních vozidel prostřednictvím zadávání veřejných zakázek a veřejných služeb v přepravě cestujících, v platném znění (dále jen „zákon č. 360/2022 Sb.“), složeného z podvozku a komunální nástavby včetně automatického vyklápěče a statické váhy (dále jen „komunální nástavba“), určeného ke svozu odpadů (dále celek také jen „zboží“ „nebo „vozidlo“) včetně veškerého požadovaného a povinného vybavení a poskytnutí kompletního servisu dodaného celku, tzn. komunální nástavby vozidla včetně automatického vyklápěče a statické váhy a podvozku po dobu sjednané záruční doby. Dále je součástí předmětu plnění poskytování všech služeb spojených s držením poskytnuté záruky na celý dodaný předmět plnění prioritně v místě dodávky vozidla, výjimečně lze dohodnout poskytnutí záručního servisu pro podvozek v místě nejbližšího autorizovaného servisu. Dodané nízkoemisní vozidlo musí umožnit využívat alternativní palivo podle zákona č. 360/2022 Sb.
