Separate position No. 1 “Supply through purchase of tires for motorcycles, cars and vans (incl. tire fitting, dismantling, balancing, wheel rim straightening, etc.), operated by TP “DGS Krumovgrad” for a period of 24 months”. The subject of the separate position is: supply through purchase of tires for cars and vans incl. fitting, dismantling, patching, balancing of tires, wheel rim straightening, etc. A description of the required car tires by size and rim diameter is contained in the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1, part of the documentation. The supplied tires must be new, unused, suitable for the respective car make, and manufactured in one of the specified years – 2026 and/or 2027 with the corresponding DOT stamp proving the year of manufacture. The tires will be delivered within 3 (three) working days from the request of the contracting authority. The supplied tires should be of high class. In case of changes in needs, the Contracting Authority may also order additional tires beyond those described in the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1 of the participation documentation. The Contracting Authority does not commit to a specific type and quantity of items listed in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 of the participation documentation. The items ordered by type and quantity will depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority may, if necessary, order car tires beyond those specified in the current specification, as well as tires for newly acquired motor vehicles, and these will be paid for by the Contracting Authority according to the prices announced at the time of the order. In such cases, the Contractor shall provide a price list of the unused car tires offered by him, current as of the date of the order.
