Separate position No. 1: "Major repair of the front-block space for block No. 21 in residential complex 'Dabnika', town of Vratsa" - road surface -2,015.00 sq.m, sidewalk surface – 530.00 sq.m and length 110.00 m1

Engineering – design, construction and installation, and supervision of author's supervision for the major repair of a part of the street network of the town of Vratsa, including: creation of parking spaces, in accordance with the approved regulatory plan of the town of Vratsa. The scope of the major repair covers parts of inter-block and front-block spaces with indicative parameters reflected in the object title and will be implemented on a highly deteriorated pavement (both road and sidewalk) and lack of drainage and lighting. Specific activities: MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 1 – Research work and gathering of necessary information for the preparation of the investment project; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 2 – Preparation of an investment project in the Technical phase; "Road" Part; "Geodesy" Part; "Vertical Planning" Part; "Structural" Part (where applicable); "Water Supply and Sewerage" Part (where applicable); "Electrical" Part; "Temporary Traffic Organization and Safety" Part; "Construction Waste Management Plan" Part; "Health and Safety Plan" Part; "Fire Safety" Part; "Design and Cost Documentation" Part. MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 3 – Printing, комплектация and delivery of the investment project to the client; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 4 – Assisting the Client in the process of project approval and, at the Client's expense, approving the project with the utility companies and competent authorities and interested parties and individuals whose permission, assistance or opinion is required; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 5 – Rectification at own expense of deficiencies in the project identified during inspections by the CLIENT and/or the CONSULTANT and/or project approval; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 6 – Organization and execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract, in accordance with regulatory requirements, drawings (investment project) and quantity surveys; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 7 – Organization of the supply and storage of materials and products necessary and compliant with the investment project. MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 8 – Organization of activities for the collection, transportation, disposal and utilization of construction and other waste generated as a result of the activities, in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation. MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 9 – Completion of Construction - Performing the necessary tests and laboratory research. MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 10 – Preparation of acts/protocols and as-built drawings at the stage of construction site opening and construction execution; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 11 – Notifying the client of readiness for handover of the construction and subsequent acceptance of the construction by the Client. MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 12 – Carrying out author's supervision; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 13 – Rectification at own expense of deficiencies in the project identified during the construction execution; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 14 – Rectification at own expense of identified deficiencies, omissions, partial or poor execution, identified during the construction execution; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 15 – Rectification of deficiencies at the stage of site acceptance; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 16 – Assisting the Client in the period from handover of the site to acceptance of the site; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 17 – Assisting the Client in the period from acceptance of the site to its commissioning; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 18 – Contract administration within the scope of obligations and responsibilities assigned to it by the clauses of the contract. MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 19 – Rectification of deficiencies and defects during the warranty period of the construction; All main activities No. 1, from No. 3 to No. 5, from No. 7 to No. 11 and from No. 13 to No. 19 inclusive, as necessary activities and all necessary expenses for their execution, will be included in the unit prices of activities No. 2, No. 6 and No. 12 from the List of Items reflected in the Price Proposal.
