Designated position № 2: “Delivery and installation of professional kitchen equipment for the needs of the Home for the Elderly in Harmanli“

The purpose of this public procurement is to select contractors who will carry out the delivery and installation of the following furniture and equipment: 2) For Designated position № 2: Dishware cabinets in the serving area - 3 pcs.; Wall-mounted cabinet with two alpaca sinks - 1 pc.; Wall-mounted cabinet with one sink and countertop - 1 pc.; Wall-mounted cabinet with one sink and countertop - 1 pc.; Wall-mounted cabinet with serving area countertop - 1 pc.; Waste containers in the serving area - 3 pcs.; Food serving trolley - 3 pcs. The subject of the public procurement also includes warranty service for the delivered furniture/appliances/items for the duration of the warranty period, where applicable. The detailed description of the requirements for participants is set out in the Technical Specifications for each of the designated positions. ​​​​​​​Designated position № 2: “Delivery and installation of professional kitchen equipment for the needs of the Home for the Elderly in Harmanli“ - 6 033.24 euros excluding VAT or 11 800.00 BGN excluding VAT; This public procurement is financed under project № BG-RRP-11-010-013-C01 “Reforming the Home for the Elderly, Harmanli – reconstruction, extension, furnishing and equipping“, financed under Component “Social Inclusion“, investment “Modernization of long-term care“ within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Procedure through direct provision of funds to final recipients BG-RRP-11-010 “Carrying out construction activities and delivery of equipment and furnishings for the purpose of reforming existing homes for the elderly“. The monitoring and reporting structure is the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. 1. The place of execution of the procurement is the territory of Harmanli town, the administrative address of the building - Harmanli town, the building of the “Home for the Elderly“ in UP I IV, block 619 according to the PUP of Harmanli town, Haskovo region. Address: Harmanli town, Druzhba residential complex № 7. 2. The delivery period is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after the conclusion of the contract and receipt of the Order Letter from the Contracting Authority, but no later than the project completion date - 31.05.2026, and is determined according to the participant's technical proposal. The offered period includes the time for the execution of all activities for the delivery and installation of all items. The warranty period for the delivered furniture and equipment is a minimum of 12 (twelve) months for Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 from the date of the document certifying the delivery and installation of each of them and is determined according to the participant's technical proposal. Within the warranty period, participants respond to problems no later than 10 (ten) working days after reporting the problem in writing and/or by phone, according to the participant's technical proposal. Rectification of a defect within the warranty period is carried out within 30 (thirty) working days after diagnosing the problem, except in cases where the delivery of a part that is not in stock is required and is according to the participant's technical proposal. In the Technical Proposal, participants propose deadlines for the execution of the procurement. Deadlines should be presented as whole numbers. Proposals in which one or more deadlines are not presented as whole numbers, or are presented in a different unit of measurement, or are found to exceed the maximum deadline set by the Contracting Authority, will be rejected.
