Обособена позиция № 3: "Инженеринг (проектиране, авторски надзор, строителство и доставка на оборудване) за изграждане на ПСПВ Свиленград" Преглед и анализ на наличната проектна документация за планираните дейности, както и привеждането ѝ в съответствие със Законите на Държавата; Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект във фаза Идеен по част Технологична и Технически проект за обект „Изграждане на ПСПВ Свиленград“, съгласно нормативните изисквания за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти; Съгласуване на инвестиционния проект с всички контролни органи, експлоатационни дружества и институции съгласно изискванията на Законите на Държавата; Получаване на всички необходими становища и разрешения съгласно Договора; Изпълнение на строителство и всякакви други съпътстващи и свързани дейности, необходими за изпълнение на строителството, в съответствие със Законите на Държавата и Договора; Осъществяване на авторски надзор по време на строителството в съответствие със Законите на Държавата, технически решения, доработки и изменения на проекта, технологичен контрол и съдействие при въвеждане на строежа в експлоатация; Изготвяне на екзекутивна документация, кадастрално заснемане на целия строеж и предоставяне в съответната Служба по геодезия, картография и кадастър на данни съгласно Законите на Държавата.
