Предмет на откритата процедура е избор на изпълнител на обществена поръчка за „Доставка и монтаж на обзавеждане за Черноморски младежки център, находящ се в УПИ І-1704 „Професионална гимназия по текстил и моден дизайн“, кв. 153, по плана на 29-ти микрорайон на гр. Варна, с административен адрес, ул. „Вилите“ №1А, кв. Аспарухово /10135.5506.518/ - Етап I, в изпълнение на Проект „Изграждане и функциониране на Черноморски младежки център“, финансиран по Административен договор за предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ № BG – RRP - 1.008-0004-C01 по „Национален план за възстановяване и устойчивост“ по обособени позиции“, както следва: Обособена позиция 1: „Доставка и монтаж на мебели и обзавеждане за Черноморски младежки център“. Обособена позиция 2: „Изработка, доставка и монтаж на щори за Черноморски младежки център“. На основание чл.21, ал.6 от ЗОП и във връзка с чл.7 от ППЗОП, Възложителят ще възложи изпълнението на доставката по Обособена позиция №2 по реда на индивидуалната ѝ стойност – чл.20, ал.4, т.3 от ЗОП. Отделянето на тази позиция е извършено при наличието на изискваните условия, съгласно разпоредбата на чл.21, ал.6 от ЗОП. Изпълнено е условието на чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП – стойността на Обособена позиция №2 не надхвърля 156 464 лева (79 998,77 евро). Прогнозната стойност на Обособена позиция №2 – 2 040,00 евро без ДДС представлява 6,91% от общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката, т. е. не надхвърля 20 на сто от общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката. Участниците могат да подават оферти единствено за Обособена позиция №1.
