Within Activity No. 1, the contractor for Lot No. 5 shall prepare an investment project in the "technical project" phase for "Design, construction, and author's supervision for the establishment of a turning circle for public transport in the Boruna quarter - Lom town, Aleksandar Stamboliyski Street – 1,222 sq.m., PI 44238.500.18, PI 44238.500.19, and PI 44238.500.41" in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act, Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects. 2. Activity No. 2 Execution of construction and installation works The participants in the construction and the relationships between them for the project are determined by the requirements of Part Three, Section II of the Spatial Development Act. During the execution of construction and installation works for each of the lots, the Contracting Authority will provide a licensed consultant – construction supervision (Art. 166 of the Spatial Development Act) in accordance with the requirements of Art. 168 of the Spatial Development Act. 3. Activity No. 3 Exercise of author's supervision Author's supervision during construction is carried out by the designer under the conditions and in the manner determined by the ordinance under Art. 169, para. 4 of the Spatial Development Act and based on a contract with the contracting authority for each of the lots. Author's supervision for all parts of the investment projects is mandatory for all constructions of categories one to five inclusive. The constructions are of category IV according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4 of the Spatial Development Act and Art. 8, para. 1, item 2 of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of constructions. According to the Regulations for the Central Register of Public Procurement of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria, the constructions fall into Group Two – Category Four (transport infrastructure, including streets, parking lots, and adjacent facilities).
