В рамките на проект VitiClimRoBg–Hard ROBG00370 се предвижда изследване на влиянието на климатичните промени върху генетичния отговор на лозята към биотичен (патогени, неприятели) и абиотичен стрес (засушаване, температурни аномалии). За тази цел е необходимо изграждането на лаборатория по молекулярна биология, която да позволява: ранно откриване на гъби, бактерии, вируси и фитоплазми по лозата; генотипиране и подбор на устойчиви сортове и генотипове; анализ на експресията на гени, свързани със стресовия отговор (маркери за суша, топлинен шок); разработване на маркер-асоциирани подходи за селекция на лозов материал с повишена устойчивост и др. Системата за PCR и Real-Time PCR се доставя като цялостно решение. Към момента на доставка, лабораторията не притежава никакви консумативи или реактиви за молекулярно-биологични анализи. За осигуряване на функционална готовност веднага след монтажа, доставката включва всички необходими пособия и консумативи за първоначално тестване, калибриране, валидация и обучение на операторите. Без тях системата не може да бъде приета и въведена в експлоатация.
