The subject of the public procurement is: "Preparation of the conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works at the site: "Design, exercise of author's supervision and construction in the execution of the project 'Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building' in the city of Pernik" in 3 /three/ separate positions: Separate position No. 2: "Preparation of the conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works at the site: Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building at the address: Pernik, Krasno Selo, bl.20, entrances A, B, V". The scope of the procurement includes the following activities: The subject of the public procurement is the performance of consulting services under Art. 166, para. 1 of the Spatial Development Act /SDA/ and its related subordinate normative acts, as well as the performance of the duties of a safety and health coordinator in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of March 22, 2004, on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during construction and installation works, namely: 1) Assessment of the conformity of the prepared investment project, in accordance with Art. 142 of the SDA; 2) Carrying out construction supervision, in accordance with Art. 168 of the SDA; 3) Control of the quality of the construction materials and products supplied and used in the construction sites; 4) Exercising control over the quantity and quality of the executed construction and installation works; 5) Monitoring and documenting all circumstances related to the construction. To fulfill its obligations, the contractor shall submit interim progress reports to the Contracting Authority; 6) Reporting its activities through interim and final reports; 7) Performing the duties of a safety and health coordinator in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of March 22, 2004, on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during construction and installation works. Scope of activities within the public procurement: 1) Preparation of a comprehensive report for conformity assessment of investment projects with the basic requirements for construction, in accordance with Art. 142 of the SDA 2) Carrying out independent construction supervision, in accordance with Art. 168 of the SDA during the execution of the site 3) Preparation of a technical passport for the site, in accordance with Art. 176 letter "a" of the SDA within the scope specified in Art. 4 of Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on technical passports of construction sites: 4) Preparation of a final report under Art. 168, para. 6 of the SDA for the execution of the site: 5) Performing the functions of a safety and health coordinator: 6) Reporting its activities through interim and final reports, including: 7) Providing technical assistance and support to the Contracting Authority.
