Lot No. 3: Assisting natural regeneration in forest natural habitats within the territory of SE "Rila Monastery" State Gamekeeping Enterprise, including sub-compartments 1291-"m", 1296-"c", and 1300-"k". Estimated value for lot 3: BGN 317,087.32 (three hundred and seventeen thousand eighty-seven BGN and thirty-two stotinki) excluding VAT. For each lot, the prices/values indicated in the technical specification, both for individual activities and the total estimated value, are maximum limits. A participant who offers a price exceeding the maximum value for a specific activity or exceeding the total maximum value for the lot will be excluded from participation. Payment method: Given the nature of the activities, the need for monthly work at each site, which will be carried out by at least 10 people (8 workers, 1 forestry engineer, and 1 forestry technician), the contractor's expenses for salaries, daily transport of workers to the sites, costs for servicing and operating the necessary equipment, and to support and facilitate the contractor, the Contracting Authority will pay for the performed activities to the contractor as follows: By the 30th of the current month, the parties to the contract will sign a detailed acceptance-transfer protocol for the performed activities by operations, sites, compartments, sub-compartments, as well as the amount due for the work performed. The date of acceptance of the work is the date of signing the acceptance-transfer protocol by both parties. After signing the acceptance-transfer protocol, the contractor issues an invoice with a value corresponding to 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount from the protocol. Within 10 (ten) calendar days, the Contracting Authority pays the contractor the value of the invoice. Payments under the concluded contracts for each lot are made in BGN, by bank transfer to the Contractor's account against an original invoice, in accordance with the Contractor's Price Offer and a mutually signed acceptance-transfer protocol for the performed and accepted activities. Options for additional quantities The Contracting Authority does not foresee options for additional quantities. The Contracting Authority will only pay for actually commissioned and performed activities. In the event that the need for commissioning/performing a specific activity ceases to exist, it will not be commissioned and consequently will not be paid for. The Contracting Authority does not undertake to commission all initially planned activities in full. Contract value. For each lot, the contract value is according to the offer of the winning participant, but it cannot exceed the maximum estimated value. Performance period for activities. Contract duration. The deadlines for the performance of activities specified in the technical specifications for each lot are mandatory! The contract duration for each lot is the creation of a bilateral protocol for the final acceptance of the sites, but no later than 31.12.2027. Place of performance. For each lot, the place of performance is the location of the site described in the technical specification. .Conditional contract - At the time of opening this procedure, the Contracting Authority has not secured funding to ensure the execution of the order. The Contracting Authority will conclude a contract with the selected contractor under the conditions of art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act. After securing the funding, the Contracting Authority will notify the selected contractor in writing that funding has been secured and will commission the execution of the supply/supplies. Either party may request termination of the contract without notice after the expiry of a three-month period from its conclusion.
