Scope of Application: These specifications apply to the "Reiwa 8 Fiscal Year Hiraoji Water Tank Non-Disruptive Cleaning Service Contract" ordered by Katsuyama City (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). Matters not stipulated in these specifications shall be determined through consultation with the supervisor. 2. Facility to be Cleaned: The facility to be cleaned is as follows. Facility Name: Hiraoji Water Tank (Hiraoji Town, Hiraoji, Katsuyama City) Target Facility: Area = 475.0m2 (Bottom surface) 3. Work Content: This work involves removing dirt and sediment from the bottom and pit of the water tank using a non-disruptive method, and simultaneously investigating the condition of the facilities inside the tank to aid in future facility maintenance. (1) Construction shall be carried out in compliance with these specifications, relevant laws, and the instructions of the supervisor. (2) Prior to the commencement of on-site work, use the passage designated by the supervisor for temporary equipment access. (3) Use the location designated by the supervisor for temporary storage of equipment. 4. General Provisions: (1) The chief engineer shall be an experienced engineer (possessing a diver's license, civil engineering construction management engineer qualification, and water tank cleaning supervisor qualification) who will be stationed on-site to manage the schedule and safety, ensuring the smooth progress of construction. (2) Workers engaged in the work shall be holders of a diver's license and have experience in non-disruptive maintenance work for water tanks. (3) Take preventive measures at all times to prevent dangers and accidents related to the work. 5. Safety Measures: (1) As this work is performed inside a drinking water storage tank, take sufficient care to ensure hygiene. Equipment used inside the water tank must be disinfected, and workers must undergo necessary examinations such as stool tests and pass them. (2) Underwater technicians must carry underwater telephones, etc., and maintain constant communication. (3) During construction, constantly monitor the construction status and ensure that turbidity does not occur. (4) As the distribution pipe and inlet pipe are always carrying water, install suction protection screens, etc., and pay attention to the physical condition of workers to prevent accidents. 6. Construction Management: (1) Schedule management shall be carried out based on the implementation schedule, and the progress of each stage shall be monitored.
