Lot No. 9 – "Exercise of construction supervision and control during the execution of construction and installation works for the site: \"Major Renovation of \"Pop Sava Katrafilov\" Street in the section from \"Trapezitsa\" Street to \"Reka Leva\" Boulevard, Vratsa City\";

This tender concerns the exercise of construction supervision and control during the execution of construction and installation works for a major renovation project on \"Pop Sava Katrafilov\" Street in Vratsa, Bulgaria. The scope of work involves fulfilling the functions of a CONSULTANT as defined by Article 166, paragraphs 1, points 1 and 2 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT). The responsibilities are aligned with the mandatory scope outlined in Articles 168, paragraphs 1, 3, and Article 176a, paragraph 1 of the ZUT.

Key activities include: exercising construction supervision (Article 166, paragraph 1, point 1 of ZUT), preparing a technical passport (Article 176a, paragraph 1 of ZUT), compiling a final report (Article 168, paragraph 6 of ZUT), and verifying and controlling construction products used in the project (Article 166, paragraph 1, point 2 of ZUT). Additionally, the selected contractor will act as a \"Safety and Health Coordinator\" during the construction phase, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2/2004 and related regulations. Environmental protection control during construction activities, in compliance with environmental and waste management laws, is also a core responsibility. The consultant will assist the Contracting Authority from the acceptance of the construction works until commissioning and will administer the contract. Finally, supervision during the rectification of defects and deficiencies within the warranty period is required. All secondary activities (4-9) and their associated costs will be incorporated into the unit prices of the primary activities (1-3).
