Description
DOHMH intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition agreement the Fund for Public Health in NYC (FPHNY) to assist DOHMH in carrying out its mission by partnering with DOHMH on a wide variety of projects aimed at improving access to care; promoting health equity; improving the equality and effectiveness of existing public health initiatives; and supporting public health infrastructure. DOHMH has determined that it is in the City's best interest to negotiate with FPHNY as they are a 501c3 non-profict organization that was formed by DOHMH to support the Department by fullfilling its mission. DOHMH staff work with FPHNY staff to concieve and shape new health initiatives and raise the funds needed to help implement and evaluate them. The anticipated term of this Negotiate Acquisition agreement will be three years, with an option to renew for three years.This notice is being published for informational purposes only. Vendors are welcome to submit an expression for future procurements for similar services. Expressions and/or questions should be emailed by no later than 3/17/2021 by 12:00pm.
