NYC AGING: M66FY27 Renewal to extend the contract for 12 months.Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities (NORCs) provide an outlet aimed at socialization for community-dwelling older adults and prevent them from being isolated and disenfranchised. Residents engage in various programs to receive case management or assistance for help with social services, speak with a healthcare professional on issues of concern, participate in health and wellness activities, learn ways to better manage chronic health conditions, and to enjoy an educational or recreational afternoon with neighbors.
