Toimeksianto sisältää soveltuvalla kalustolla suoritettavat kunnan järjestämään jätteenkuljetukseen kuuluvien kiinteistöjen syväkeräys- ja pintasäiliöiden tyhjennykset sekä jätteen kuljetuksen tilaajan osoittamaan vastaanottopaikkaan Lakeuden Etapin toimialueella. Hankinnan piiriin kuuluvat seuraavien jätelajien nostoperusteiset syvä- ja pintasäiliöt: poltettava jäte, biojäte, kartonki, muovi, lasi ja metalli.
