Solicitation No.: CWB-2020-A Concession Agreement No.: X289-MT Licensee: Jesus Higuera The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ('Parks') has awarded a concession to Jesus Higuera, of 235 Arlington Ave, Paterson, NJ 07502 , for the operation of a processing Truck for the sale of Parks approved items at Mapes Ballfield, Bronx. The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Bids, will operate pursuant to a permit agreement for one (1) five (5) year term. Compensation to the City will be as follows: Year 1: $1,050; Year 2: $1,105; Year 3: $1,165; Year 4: $1,225; Year 5: $1,288.
