The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Bids, will operate pursuant to a permit agreement for one (1) five (5) year term. Concessionaire shall pay to the City permit fees consisting of an annual fee: Year 1: $ 40,000.00 Year 2: $ 41,000.00 Year 3: $ 44,000.00 Year 4: $ 44,000.00 Year 5: $ 48,000.00Location: a) Central Park at West Drive & West 96th St.
