Concession Agreement No.: B40-OLicensee: Council on the Environment Inc., d/b/a GrowNYC The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ('Parks') has awarded a concession to Council on the Environment Inc., D/B/A GrowNYC of 100 Gold Street, Suite 3300, New York, New York 10038 for the operation of Greenmarket Farmers Markets at various parks Citywide. The concession was awarded via a Different Procedure (Sole Source) pursuant to Section 1-16 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York. It will commence upon written notice to proceed and operate pursuant to a license agreement for one (1) ten (10) year term with no renewal options.
