Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie, wdrożenie i uruchomienie systemu do zarządzania obiegiem dokumentów („System”), w tym: 1) wykonanie projektu technicznego wraz z przeniesieniem autorskich praw majątkowych oraz praw zależnych; 2) wykonanie, wdrożenie i uruchomienie Systemu w środowisku informatycznym Zamawiającego, wraz z przeniesieniem autorskich praw majątkowych i kodów źródłowych do Systemu oraz udzieleniem licencji niezbędnych do korzystania z oprogramowania użytego do wykonania Systemu; 3) wykonanie dokumentacji powykonawczej wraz z przeniesieniem autorskich praw majątkowych oraz praw zależnych; 4) przeprowadzenie warsztatów szkoleniowych dla pracowników Zamawiającego z zakresu obsługi i administracji wdrożonego Systemu; 5) świadczenie usług serwisowych; 6) świadczenie usług konsultacyjnych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki, zasady realizacji zamówienia określone są w Projektowanych postanowieniach Umowy, stanowiących załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
